Take Highway 92 west
Turn right onto Highway 1 (north towards San Francisco)
Travel 4 miles
Turn left onto Capistrano Road (at signal)
Turn left into parking lot
Turn right at stop sign towards pier

Directions from San Francisco area:
Take Highway 1 south through the town of Pacifica
At the end of Pacifica, Highway 1 turns into a one-lane road
Travel 8 miles
Turn right onto Capistrano (the FIRST signal light south of Pacifica)
Turn at first left into parking lot
Turn at first right at stop sign to the lower parking lot
